If you’re considering a higher-priced CBD or THC-infused product we want you to get what you pay for!
Does the product use full-spectrum hemp or cannabis? The entourage effect is good and is more impactful than using isolate. If you can use whole plant medicine, do it!
What is the cannabinoid (CBD/THC) concentration (mg/mL)? Use a converter app if you need to convert ounces to milliliters to figure out the concentration.
When you know the milliliters of liquid get our your calculator to determine the cannabinoid concentration: X milligrams of CBD/THC divided by X milliliters of liquid
Are the ingredients natural and organic to warrant a higher price?
Is there a special formulation technology used to increase performance (i.e. water solubility)?
Is the product packaged in glass instead of plastic? Is the glass tinted to protect from the light?
Hemp seed oil has a three- to six-month shelf life and needs preservatives added to the formulation or it will go rancid. Rancid oil adds free radicals right on your skin! :(
HEMP SEED OIL DOES NOT CONTAIN CANNABINOIDS. If you’re buying a product that claims to contain CBD but lists hemp “SEED” oil as the active ingredient you’re getting bamboozled. The hemp seed contains zero CBD.
Study sunscreen before you buy! Choose a sunscreen with “broad spectrum” protection and a “sun protection factor” of 30+. Understand SPF, UVA, and UVB.
