USPS Priority Mail  — $5 flat rate

We kindly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS: 

Request an order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: 

1. Contact ask@casuallybaked.com within 3 days of delivery for eligibility.

2. Ship item(s) back (providing tracking info) within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
